Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All items are inspected by Kingdom Passion prior to shipping  

to ensure complete satisfaction.

However, if for any reason we missed something and an item has a manufacturer defect you are able to exchange that item within 10 business 

days of the item being shipped. The item must be returned new, unwashed and unworn.

All items with the exception of clearance, sale items or promo items are exchangeable for the same item as long as the original item has a visible manufacturer defect.

The replacement item will be the same design, same style clothing, same color and same size.

Any clearance, sale or promotional items are not eligible for an exchange.

If an item is returned that has been worn or washed there will be no exchange. If a customer wants the item shipped back to them - they would have to pay an upfront shipping cost.

As of June 2016 Kingdom Passion does not offer refunds. Exchanges only for the same item.


Remember to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange.

You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations.
